PAYMENT

A booking fee is due to secure your date, the booking fee is applied towards the total retainer fee for cost of services. The balance of the retainer fee is due before the event or session, the service agreement will state exact due date. Payment is accepted via Credit Card, Zelle or Venmo.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE?

My photos are bright, clean, and natural, with colors true to the moment. I have a very candid and organic photography style that allows me to capture the moment's joy. I also include posed photos to mix it up. When you view your gallery, you see details of the moment you may have missed, candid, laughing, happy photos to remember your session or event.

SESSION AND EVENT LOCATIONS?

Studio sessions in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale and Greater Atlanta area.  There is an additional charge associated with studio sessions or permit/entrance costs.  Most of my sessions occur in natural locations such as the park, beach, museum, city center or home. No travel charge is associated with on-location sessions or events within 30 miles of zip codes 33028 and 30047.

WHO WILL BE THE PHOTOGRAPHER FOR SESSIONS AND EVENTS?

Leona is the main photographer for all photo sessions and events. Trained photography assistants may be used if the situation warrants it. Leona does all the picture editing. Piximuze photography prides itself on offering personalized service and attention to all clients. Building relationships and providing clients with a great experience is key to the mission of Piximuze photography. 

Portrait session - WHAT TO WEAR

The key is always to be yourself. To keep the focus on you avoid distracting patterns or colors. For group photos, choose colors that are coordinated and complimentary. Most of the time neutral or earthy tones are safe. Adding a pop of color can help to make your photo unique. Always wear something you’re comfortable with and feel good in.

HOW TO BOOK SERVICES?

Just contact us to start! We’ll swap info and get something on the calendar! Keep in mind that weekends book up quickly.  You should contact us at least 5-6 weeks in advance. We’ll take care of a quick service agreement and booking fee to reserve your session. Payment accepted via credit card, Zelle or Venmo. Details will be confirmed a few days prior.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

If the client wishes to reschedule or cancel services more than 48 hours before the session/event, Piximuze photography will make an effort to work with the client. Rescheduled dates are based on availability. If the client and photographer cannot agree on a rescheduled date and time, the client will be refunded the retainer fee less the non-refundable booking fee.

The client forfeits the non-refundable booking fee and retainer fee if the client cancels services less than 48 hours before the session or event.

If Piximuze Photography is unable to provide services, every effort will be made to locate a replacement photographer at a similar cost; otherwise, the retainer fee will be returned to the Client. 

DO I HAVE TO ORDER PRINTS THROUGH YOU?

You don’t have to, but you sure can. If printing elsewhere, I suggest using a real photo printing company vs. a supermarket/drug store. The advantage to printing through me - aside from accurate colors, contrast, and a matte finish - is that all prints ordered will receive additional editing at no charge:  Additional, free editing will include eyes brightened, teeth whitened, blemishes and skin softened, “Exit” signs or other distractions removed, and so on. All adjustments will enhance but not drastically change the subject. Retouching is available for an additional fee.

WHAT SHOULD WE DO WITH OUR DIGITAL FILES?

Having digital files gives you the most freedom. You can use the photos for Christmas cards, calendars, prints, canvas, and frames. The key is not to leave the images on your computer where you will never have the chance to view them.

DO I GET THE COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP OF MY PHOTOS?

Clients have the right to copy or make prints, Piximuze provides a print release in the signed service contract. Raw image files are not provided as they don’t represent a finished product.  

AFTER YOUR SESSION OR EVENT

• Portrait and event images are ready in 2 weeks or less

• Expedited 2-day and next-day rush orders are available add-ons

  Viewing Session

Virtual viewing sessions are offered, they are free consultations where you’ll see your images for the first time. They’re also a time to review print and product collections, lay out an order, select a book option, or plan any next steps. These are super helpful for comparing images side-by-side, seeing them in color vs. black-and-white, and answering questions.

Viewing sessions are optional.

DO YOU ARCHIVE OUR IMAGES?

Your images are viewable from the online gallery for 60 days. Though I would love to keep everything always, unfortunately changing and imperfect technology make that tricky. If you have suffered a catastrophic loss of your photo library, please let me know and I’ll do everything I can to help.

CAN I REFER OR REVIEW PIXIMUZE PHOTOGRAPHY?

Referrals are the best compliment. Word of mouth helps small businesses like mine. I’m appreciative of your referrals and reviews. If you have time,  please write a review on Google.

• Piximuze Standard – Most popular package, it captures your beautiful memories. Up to 4 hours of coverage, 1 photographer, 200 plus edited photos

• Piximuze Essential – The wedding highlights, 2 hours of coverage for elopement. 1 photographer, 50 plus edited photos.

IS AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION INCLUDED?

Yes, for the Piximuze Ultimate wedding package. The engagement session will allow you to get to know the photographer before the wedding, and we’ll get a chance to hang out and get a feel for each other’s style prior to the wedding day.

DO YOU OFFER WEDDING BOOKS?

Yes! I think it’s important to have a physical representation of your wedding day - something substantial you can hold. You may purchase prints or a wedding album or photo book.

WHEN WILL MY WEDDING PICTURES BE READY?

I won’t rest until your photos are ready.  Wedding and engagement session pictures will be ready in 2 weeks. I don’t believe in holding on to your photos for too long, the sooner I get them to you the sooner you can relive those happy moments.
